Triathlon training, gear reviews, and life with Autoimmune Encephalitis.
I’m training for an Ironman while living with Autoimmune Encephalitis — sharing the gear, training, and lessons that have helped me along the way.

Since then, I’ve:
- Completed two 70.3 (Memphis, Dallas/Little Elm)
- Attempted Ironman Texas
- Tested countless pieces of triathlon gear
- Set my next major goal: Ironman Jacksonville 2027
On this site, I share:
